Warranty 

Transcool warrants 24 months from date of purchase any E3 that does not perform correctly due to defects caused by faulty workmanship or materials. Our obligation assumed under this warranty is to the repair or replacement of the parts, without charge, which are defective and have not been misused, carelessly handled or defaced by repairs made or attempted by others. Consequential damages due to this product are not covered.

Warranty excludes air filter and external water tank.

The warranty is only valid if purchase receipt is supplied.

Warranty is not transferable with secondary sale of Transcool after original purchase, warranty is only valid with original purchaser.

The product can be returned free of charge (for warranty repairs) by you using our  prepaid return postage feature.

Returns are accepted as per ACCC consumer laws which states a refund is only given if the item is faulty or does not match product description – so please read FAQ’s carefully as we outline exactly what the Transcool will, and will not do.

The shipping cost we initially paid to ship to you will not be included in the refund. We will supply a copy of the postal invoice showing the shipping  cost we were charged for your unit delivery when you purchased it.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs

Item must be unmarked, complete and in well protected packaging with copy of purchase receipt.

Unit will be inspected by us upon return before refund is given.

 

 

Dispatch and delivery

Orders placed before 12pm (Monday to Friday), will be dispatched the following day.
Items place after 12pm (Monday to Friday), will be dispatched in the next two working days.
Items are sent by Royal Mail 48 hour courier as standard.
Standard delivery is free on most items, to mainland UK only (excludes some larger items)
We do not deliver outside the UK.

 

Return and exchange policy

We must be notified of any returns or exchanges within 14 days of the original purchase date.
After this 14 day period your order will be assumed satisfactory. All claims of shipment errors and requests for returns or exchanges will not be accepted after this period. Electrical items will need to be checked by our authorized technician which may take up to 21 days, where a report will be issued.
Any items to be returned or exchanged must be in brand new resalable condition and in original packaging, subject to the discretion of iiequii.
Any returned items will be refunded (minus shipping costs) and exchanges will incur an extra shipping charge.

 

 

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order we must be notified by phone or e-mail within 30 minutes of placing the order. If a request to cancel an order is not made within 30 minutes we may already have dispatched the item, in which case you would need to return it to us at your own cost for a refund.

 

Refunds

Any refunds will be made within 48 hours of us receiving goods back (subject to the item being identified as satisfactory condition as stated above), or 48 hours from us notifying you that we will be making a refund, unless otherwise notified. Please note it can take up to 7 working days after the refund has been made to receive the money back into the bank account the payment was made with.
